DLF Avenue’s end of season sale is from 1st of July to 15th of August. All the offers from 3k, 15k and 25k are single day offers that are valid on single day bills.

The grand prize for a lucky shopper who spends 50k and above is for shopping between the sale duration that is from 1st July to 15th August.

Shop for INR 50,000 and register for a lucky draw.

1 lucky shopper from each participating shopping mall will win a 4 nights & 5 days dream vacation at Kandima Maldives, with complimentary meals and return domestic transfers.

Kandima Maldives & DLF MALLS

These T&Cs shall be applicable and binding upon the winner and the winner's guest(s).

Who can come to Kandima Maldives?
EACH winner gets the following:

Complimentary 4 Nights/ 5 Days stay in Aqua Villa with swirl pool at Kandima Maldives on Full Board Plus meal plan (3 buffet meals covered) for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (below 10 years of age only).
Complimentary Domestic Flights and Transfers for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (below 10 years of age only), from Male international Airport by Manta Air courtesy of Kandima Maldives.
Complimentary use of snorkelling equipment and bicycles for 2, during the entire duration of stay.
Validity: Each voucher will be valid for 1st September 2022 – 31st March 2023.

What prize will the winner receive & how many prizes to be won?

Total Prize numbers from Kandima Maldives for DLF MALLS = 4 travel vouchers (1 for each participating property) Validity - 1st September 2022 to 31st March 2023.

Can I share my prize with friends and family?

The winner must be present during the stay period. The prize is non-transferrable.

Can I exchange my prize for anything else?

No. The prize is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or kind, either in part or in full or bartered or otherwise disposed of. The prize can be transferred within 48 hours of the winner announcement to a non-transactional source or entity if not responded to.

Who can register for the lucky draw?

All shoppers, who shop at all the participating DLF MALLS during the campaign period. It is not open for employees at Kandima Maldives, DLF MALLS and all third-party agencies associated with this campaign.

Is there a limit on how many times I can enter for the lucky draw?

Not applicable.

What is the campaign promotion period?

How do I win?

Shoppers who shop for minimum INR 50,000 are eligible to register for a lucky draw at the participating malls.
DLF MALLS to pick the top 4 lucky shoppers at the participating malls. These ultimate 4 winners will be chosen via lucky draws by the malls.

What are the travel requirements I have to abide by?

The winner and his guest(s) are required to carry an international travel insurance including medical cover during their stay at Kandima Maldives.
A Covid-19 vaccination certificate proof is advisable but not compulsory.
All travellers must comply with border and other health checks, government-imposed quarantines and isolations (including but not limited to COVID-19 related matters) at their own cost and expense.
Entry into the Maldives with valid travel documents/visa is the responsibility of the winner and/or the winner's guest(s).

Information submitted with an entry and submissions are subject to DLF MALLS and Kandima Maldives’ Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous:

Under no circumstance will DLF MALLS or Kandima Maldives be liable for any loss, damages, loss of opportunity, etc. due to:

Lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete submissions.
Error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions.
Problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing.
Incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the lucky draw or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions.
Injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to, resulting from or in connection with the lucky draw.
The lucky draw is not capable of being conducted as anticipated, due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of DLF MALLS or Kandima Maldives, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the lucky draw, DLF MALLS & Kandima Maldives reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the lucky draw as deemed appropriate, disqualify any participant, and/or select winners from all eligible submissions submitted prior to the termination, cancellation, modification or suspension. DLF MALLS & Kandima Maldives reserves the right to correct any typo-graphical, printing, computer programming or operating errors at any time.

DLF MALLS and Kandima Maldives reserves its right to pursue legal action against any participant believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the lucky draw, the entry submission process or any law or regulation.

None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the participant(s) and DLF MALLS and/or Kandima Maldives and the participant(s) shall have no authority to bind DLF MALLS and/or Kandima Maldives in any manner whatsoever.

DLF MALLS and Kandima Maldives shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of their obligations to the winners under these T&Cs if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DLF MALLS or Kandima Maldives; or (ii) delays, changes, cancellations, diversions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of epidemics, pandemics, COVID-19, travel restrictions whether domestic or international, war, terrorist action or strikes, accidents, fire, flood, non-availability of tickets, rooms, hotels; or (iii) for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, or death resulting from or related to participant’s participation and/or trip to Kandima Maldives or inability to participate in this lucky draw, or the use, misuse or inability to use the prize or any portion thereof.

What is the applicable law to these T&Cs?

INDIAN law is applicable to these T&Cs and the Courts at Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any disputes relating to the lucky draw or these T&Cs.
In addition to the above, the participant or the winner agrees and understands that he/she shall directly contact and enquire with Kandima Maldives for any kind of query and/or doubt and shall not approach DLF MALLS for the same.
Redemption of the vouchers is the sole responsibility of the winners and Kandima Maldives. DLF MALLS shall not be held responsible for any refusal or non-redemption of voucher by the winner.
Winner must adhere to the T&Cs of the voucher from Kandima Maldives. DLF MALLS and Kandima Maldives are not involved in any third-party communication or actions.
Kandima Maldives agrees to indemnify and hold DLF Malls together with its officers, directors and employees harmless of, from and against any claims or actions made by any third party, expense(including legal cost on a full indemnity basis incurred by Kandima Maldives), judgment, lien, suit, demand or liability, loss or damage of whatsoever nature, which may be caused to DLF Malls as a result of failure on the part of Kandima Maldives to carry out any obligation arising out of or in relation to this T&C, breach of the T&C.
